I've spent over 14 years using current and emerging technology to help companies solve their problems. But my one core philosophy is simple: The Technology Should Respect Time and Money.
I led technology integration and large capital projects for Fortune 500 companies. I have also served as COO for multiple startups, navigating them through their early days of foundation to first wave hiring.
My core philosophy influences how I work with my clients. We don't spend money just to spend money. We work together to review the best options available, understand reasonable tradeoffs, and determine the best fit based on needs and pricing. I will even negotiate with vendors on behalf of my clients.
