What happens when you hire me

  1. 1. The conversation Free, about 30 minutes. You describe what is costing you time or money. I tell you whether I can help, and if I cannot I say so.
  2. 2. A written scope Within 2 business days we have a follow-up call to review the scope and duration. I include total pricing up front. We do not start until you approve it.
  3. 3. A quarter to start You pay 25% down to begin the work, 25% at the halfway point, and the rest upon final delivery. I do not bill hourly, charge you a retainer, or issue change orders.
  4. 4. The work I need access to the material the engagement depends on, and 2 to 4 hours of your time in total. You get a check-in at the midpoint so nothing lands as a surprise.
  5. 5. Delivery, then done We review the final deliverables, e.g. a new vendor tracking system and how-to’s, together. I hand everything over. And check in a week later to make sure things are running smoothly.
